Maíz & Co. brings the most natural foods made from Criollo corn to Europe. In our Leipzig factory, we prepare corn-based products in the traditional way. We work directly with communities from the Mexican highlands, allowing full traceability of our products.
The tortilla is the basis of the diet of Mexico and other Central American countries. Made since pre-Columbian times, the tortilla is still a natural source of fiber, folic acid and vitamins such as A, B, C, D and E.
Our tostadas are dried tortillas that pass through a high-temperature oven without oil. This gives them their crispy texture and preserves the balanced flavor. Perfectly convenient as a snack.
